Delicious! Vietnamese street food not on the streets
The street foods in Vietnam all look amazing, but many people have warned us against them for sanitary reasons. So, while our mouths were watering at every street corner, we decided to play it a bit safe without missing out on the country's incredible culinary adventure.
Here is a restaurant in Hanoi with a nice decor without the high end price. In this restaurant are many stalls that serve the most authentic Vietnamese street foods and beverages. You can walk around first to take a look and then go back to your table and order from the menu. It is an absolutely brilliant concept—you get all the vibrant flavors and variety of a bustling night market, but with the comfort and cleanliness of a sit-down establishment.
The layout made it incredibly easy to safely sample a wide array of local dishes we might have otherwise skipped. It was so good that we went to the same restaurant brand when we finally made our way down to Ho Chi Minh City!
