Hong Kong round 2; onwards to Japan and beyond

After visiting Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan, we returned to Hong Kong on December 21st. This was the second time we have stopped in Hong Kong since our trip began, and it felt like a brief, comforting pause in the middle of our whirlwind adventure.

For the next two weeks, Angela and I were fully engaged in a flurry of family and holiday activities. Between the delicious home-cooked meals and catching up with loved ones, there was little time to blog or to even make travel arrangements. The latter is increasingly becoming a problem as we still have large empty gaps in our itinerary that we desperately need to fill.

We have a flight ticket from Hong Kong to Mumbai on January 19th, and from there, the road ahead is wide open. We are excited, if a little anxious, about what the next leg of our journey will bring as we push onwards through Asia and beyond.
